Zucchini Bread

3 eggs

1 cup salad oil

1 + 1/2 cup sugar

2 cups grated zuchini

3 tsp vanilla

3 cups flour

1 tsp baking soda

1/4 tsp baking powder

1 tsp salt

2 tsp cinnamon

1/2 cup chopped nuts

Pre-heat oven 350degrees

Beat eggs

add oil, sugar, zucchini, vanilla

mix well with wooden spoon

stir in dry ingredients

add to egg mixture - beat well

grease a loaf pan

Bake 50 to 55 mins
